Five guided meditations

These are the ones I still use. They're free, and they're here whenever you need them.

Connect with Higher Self

This is the one I use when my head won't go quiet. It brings you into a still, focused state and puts a field of white light around you, and then it takes your attention off the noise and towards the greater being that you are an aspect of.

It asks you to sit with your heart and notice the first image, feeling, word or knowing that comes — not the clever one, the first one. That was the hardest part for me at the beginning, because I wanted to work it out. Now I just notice what arrives.

Letting Go and Release

This is the one I put on when something is sitting on my chest. It doesn't make you tell the story again. It takes you into the feeling itself — where it actually sits in the body, the pressure, the tightness, the heat, the heaviness — and then it has you stop pushing it away and let it move.

It's built on the letting-go method taught by Dr. David R. Hawkins. I'd read about it for years and never managed it on my own. Having someone walk me through it was the difference.

Fifteen minutes. Usually something shifts.

Deep Relaxation

This is the short one. Fifteen minutes, and nothing dramatic happens in it — the voice just takes you down into a relaxed, heavy state and lets you stay there.

I used this before I trusted the longer journeys. It is also the one I put on now when I am too tired for anything else.

Headphones, as with all of them. The recording says so at the start, and it is true — through a speaker it does not land the same way.

Shamanic Journey

Twenty-six minutes, and this was the hardest one for me at the beginning. You are guided to make contact with your Higher Self, your guides, or your council — whichever turns up.

Headphones, and somewhere you can lie down. It is short, but it is not shallow.

I will be honest: the first time I did this I was certain I had made all of it up. The second time I stopped caring whether I had.

Astral Healing Place

Forty minutes. This is the longest thing on this page, and the one I would leave until last.

You are taken to a healing place — not a room in the world, a place in the astral — and asked to receive whatever healing you need there.

Headphones, both ears, no exceptions. The recording is built that way. And not while driving, walking, or doing anything else.

I am not going to describe what happened for me in this one. It is the one I keep for myself.

I still use all five of these. There's no right pace — take them as slow as you like.
